Do not work out the day before the procedure.

Do not tan or have a sunburned face.

No alcohol or caffeine the day of the procedure, this will minimize any oozing or swelling after the procedure.

Do not take Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E, Fish Oil, or Ibuprofen 24 hours before the procedure.

After

No steroid shots 30 days before the procedure.

No Botox 4 weeks before your appointment.

No alcohol or caffeine the day of the procedure, this will minimize any oozing or swelling after the procedure.

Do not take Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E, Fish Oil, or Ibuprofen 24 hours before the procedure.

Eyebrow tinting should be done no sooner than 48 hours before, or two weeks after the procedure.
